SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Once dispatched, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

DELAYS

Whilst we aim to meet all delivery estimates, LuméDry™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
